Research scientist and DPhil student currently working on a number of things for the GenRe-Mekong Project. He is developing tools to facilitate malaria genetic surveillance data exploration, leading analysis of Plasmodium vivax in the region, and developing a method to identify and systematically label lineages of parasites based on Identity-by-descent analysis.
