Data Analysis and Genetic Epidemiology Mapping

📺 Introduction to GRC data analysis and genetic epidemiology mapping training workshop (8 - 9th May 2023)

Workshop objectives:

  1. Understand the information on Genetic Report Cards (GRC) and apply this to support informed public health decision making
  2. Develop proficiency in analysing GRC spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel
  3. Learn to create epidemiological maps with the R grcMalaria software, including drug resistance prevalence, mutation prevalence, and tracking of resistant strains.
  4. Foster collaboration and strengthen relationships among collaborators in the Greater Mekong Subregion.

Scientific Forum

The annual GenRe-Mekong Scientific Forum serves as a platform that facilitates collaboration and exchange of knowledge between National Malaria Control Programmes and scientific partners, all working collectively towards the goal of malaria elimination.
