Genetic Report Card (GRC)
GenRe-Mekong routinely releases reports and genotype data in a form of Genetic Report Cards (GRC) to our partner studies. Additionally, we periodically release public access datasets alongside peer-reviewed publication, which is shared on this site as well as on MalariaGEN
The GRC dataset can be used with the grcMalaria visualisation and mapping tool.

Guides to the GRC
A guide to GRC data interpretation, and explanation about the link between the genotyped mutations and the predicted resistance to antimalarial drugs.
The GenRe-Mekong genetic surveillance is conducted using SpotMalariaโs standardized operating procedure and genotyping platform. SpotMalaria provides data for a wide range of genetic markers and features of the malaria parasites in each sample, and predict their level of resistance to various antimalarials.
