Senior scientist within the GenRe-Mekong analysis team, specializing in genetic epidemiology, data analysis, and the clear communication of complex findings through effective visualizations. Varanya developed and maintain: the GenRe-Mekong website, YouTube channel, GitHub pages and the EpiGenTracker tool. She also leads training sessions and organizes scientific forums for the GenRe-Mekong project.
